20+ years of experience in the IT industry — from systems analysis to leading IT training in Accenture environments. Mentored and trained over 1,000 IT specialists. His personal experience with mental health challenges forms the foundation of SocialPulse's social mission.
Valērija Kovaļova
Project Manager & IT Developer
Mārtiņš's initial mentee who unified the roles of Project Manager and IT Developer in one person. Outstanding work ethic and impressive track record — begins her Computer Science degree at RTU in September 2026.
